Felt roof

Built-up felt is by far the most popular form of domestic flat roofing and is also widely used on commercial flat roof projects. This traditional method of flat roofing is often the more cost effective and provides a long term waterproofing solution.

Single ply

We are approved contractors for Single Ply waterproofing systems and have carried out a number of flat roofs and box gutters with these systems. Mapeplan TM is a single ply roofing membrane which has been designed for long term use as a waterproofing solution to both new build and refurbished low slope roofs. Guaranteed for 15 years, the material should last in excess of 25 years.

We are one of the few Approved Contractors in Central Scotland for the Sarnafil roofing single ply membranes. This is a very versatile roofing system and is therefore ideal for almost any kind of roofing project. Sarnafil roofing membranes have been independently assessed by the British Board of Agrement (BBA) and are certified, in their opinion, to have a life expectancy ‘in excess of 40 years’.
